Travers St Louis RV

We have had the most positive experiences with Travers from the salesman and finance department-highly recommend! We drove about an hour and a half and would do it all over again just for the service! We are excited to start this journey with our camper and looking forward to the memories we will be able to make! Thank you all!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars, I would. We purchased a brand-new 2026 travel trailer less than a month ago. As part of the purchase agreement, the dealership agreed in writing to repair a shower wall that was severely bowed. When we got the camper back, the repair was unacceptable. The shower wall is still bowed, and now the bottom is pushed out even farther. Instead of looking like a new camper, it looks like a used shower was installed. We were then told that this was “the best they’re going to do.” When I tried to discuss the issue with Glen, the sales manager, he refused to listen to my concerns and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. That level of customer service is completely unacceptable, especially after making a major purchase. The most frustrating part is that the dealership promised to fix the issue before the sale, even putting it in writing. Once the paperwork was signed and we took possession of the camper, it felt like those promises no longer mattered. We also purchased an extended warranty, so there should be no reason for a legitimate defect like this to be dismissed. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. If you’re conside

Everyone in the service facility was friendly and knowledgeable. The center is very clean and well-maintained and they took very good care of my camper. The work seems to be done very well. The only slide issue I had is there was a little bit of a mess inside the camper where they were repairing my flooring, but other than that, very minor inconvenience I think the staff there for their quick work on getting my camper back to me and updates along the way.

I can't say enough good things about Travers St Louis RV. I have just bought a new Camping Van from them. The were great: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested that I found the right fit for ME. The price was right also!!! If you are looking to purchase an RV, and want people who take pride in their business and what they do; ask for Bob and Brian to help you close the deal !!!!

We had a terrific buying experience at Travers St Louis RV. Bob Isenmann was our sales associate. Bob was very easy to work with, always answering questions we had with immense patience. We were a long distance sale, traveling cross country on our way to a destination in another state. Because of Bob, we were able to arrange a quick turn around with our trade in vehicle, moving from one van to another. We were on our way by the end of the day. Brian Pagano, finance manager, provided great after the sale assistance. Our state MVD was particular about required forms they wanted filled out a special way. This was unusual when compared to most states. Brian jumped through hoops to help us make the title transfer happen. Even though we live several states away, I know Tarvers RV would take care of us should we have a problem. They have full service facilities. We would definitely buy from Tarvers again and strongly recommend considering them for your RV needs.
